#60 - Chef Paige Riordan Pushes Forward For Family
I am thrilled to welcome Chef Paige Riordan back to the podcast for episode 60. It has been over a year since she was first on the show, and to say a lot has happened since then would be an understatement. The Chef/Owner of Scarlet Kitchen & Lounge in Rancho Mission Viejo was a bit under the weather, unfortunately, so we recorded this episode remotely. While I apologize for any audio quality issues, I can do nothing but praise Chef Riordan for being so open, vulnerable, and candid about all of the topics we cover here. This is a long, deep episode, but I implore you hear it all the way through - she is talented, and has an infectious passion for what she does that carries through all aspects of her life, and ultimately, she just wants to make the world around her a better place.
